Shawna Zurmely is a Customer Success Manager at ApplicantPro, where responsibilities include fostering client relationships and addressing hiring challenges. With a strong background in partner support and relationship management, Shawna has supervised multiple partnerships and white-label resellers. Previous experience includes roles at the Lehi City Recreation Department as a Team Administrator, where Shawna managed budgets and communication, and as a Preschool Teacher at Discovery Day Preschool, facilitating foundational education for young children. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and completed the PACE G/T Program at LB Polytechnic High School.
