Freddy Alexander Rueda Sifuentes possesses extensive experience in procurement and logistics within the construction and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de Compras y Logística at Andean Telecom Partners since December 2017, Freddy is responsible for contractor and supplier homologation and the technical validation of new contractors. Previous roles include Coordinador de Compras at Torres Unidas, where responsibilities included homologation and contractor selection, and Coordinador Logístico at Quanta Services, responsible for sourcing materials and services in telecommunications. Earlier experiences include positions at Constructora Malaga Hnos. S.A. and Mota-Engil Perú S.A., focusing on supply chain management and vendor evaluation.
