David Dean started their work experience in 2014 as an Operator at Sundial Communications. In 2019, they founded ISPApp, a cloud management dashboard and network automation tool for ISPs. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of TurnkeyISP, an internet service provider that focuses on the importance of subscriber calls. In 2023, they joined IsoHorns as a Product Designer.

David Dean obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Portland State University in 2002.
