Gretchen Taylor is an accomplished professional in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as the Energy and Power Market Leader at Anchor QEA since April 2024. With extensive experience as a Partner in the Power Industry at ERM from May 2018 to April 2024, Gretchen has driven the low carbon energy transition for various clients. Prior roles include Principal at NCE, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Northern California Watershed Science & Planning practice, and Account Director at TRC Companies, overseeing numerous projects in the utility and renewable energy domains. Gretchen has also held significant positions at PBS&J, EPRI/Primen, and the Institute for Market Transformation, contributing to influential environmental projects and promoting energy efficiency policies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Assessment and Evaluation from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Whitman College.
