Lakshmi Janardhanan is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Amwell since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lakshmi held the position of Director of Engineering at MassMutual from June 2018 to June 2022, and served as a Product Leader for Cybersecurity products at Leidos in 2017-2018. Previous experience includes significant roles at Voya Financial from 2006 to 2017 as Engineering Manager/Technical Leader and Senior Developer/Solutions Architect. Lakshmi began a career in consulting from 2000 to 2006, specializing as a Senior Software Developer with major firms like Fidelity Investments and Bank of America. Lakshmi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BMS College of Engineering.
