Dr. Geoffrey K, DBIA, LEED AP, holds a Doctorate in Technology & Engineering Management from The George Washington University and multiple master's degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, and Architecture. Currently serving as the Capital Projects and Development lead for the City of Hillsboro since 2018, Dr. Geoffrey also chairs the Public Engagement Committee and serves as Vice President and Planning Commissioner for the Planning Commission. Additionally, Dr. Geoffrey is an Evangelist for the Smart Cities Council, focusing on enhancing livability and sustainability through smart technology, and is the Founder and CEO of 360HBI Inc, specializing in Environmental Social and Governance consulting. Dr. Geoffrey is active in various professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Planning Association, and has contributed as an Academic Reviewer for Elsevier, ensuring the integrity of scientific research.
