Vincent Tsai is an experienced IP Systems Analyst currently serving IPH Limited since June 2024 and AJ Park since November 2019. At IPH, Vincent provides services to member firms in New Zealand and Australia, while at AJ Park, responsibilities include managing day-to-day issues within IP management systems, improving workflows, analyzing business processes, and supporting system design and standardization. Vincent previously played a critical role as a Special Instructions Administrator at AJ Park, managing approximately 5,500 client manuals. Earlier experience includes serving as Shop Manager for the Society of St Vincent de Paul New Zealand, overseeing shop operations and training volunteers. Vincent holds a Master of Philosophy in Politics and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington and is currently pursuing a New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. A Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Statistics was obtained from the University of Otago.
