Andrew Plette is an experienced professional in the field of technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Owner and Founder of Third Ghost Games since April 2023. Additionally, Andrew has been a Customer Support Analyst at Panviva since March 2021, where responsibilities include providing high-level customer service using KCS and ITIL practices and troubleshooting issues for a diverse clientele. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Fort Bend County from July 2019 to March 2021, delivering in-person and remote support for tier 2 issues and managing hardware repairs for over 2,500 systems. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Victoria and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Houston Community College.
