Paul Tovey, Chartered Manager CMgr FCMI, CCXP, is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with extensive expertise in market research. Currently serving as Senior Customer Experience Manager at AIG since November 2006, Paul leads the development of customer-centric strategies and Voice of Customer programs that shape business decisions. Previous roles at AIG include Insight & Market Research Manager for EMEA, and Market Research Analyst, where Paul focused on delivering comprehensive research and insights across Europe. Prior to AIG, Paul's experience includes positions as Research Manager at Synovate, Senior Research Executive at BMRB, Research Executive at NOP, and Executive Research Assistant at MORI. Paul holds an MSc in Management & Leadership from Cranfield University and a degree in Economics & European Studies from the University of Sussex.
