Sri Sankar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Customer Experience at Nationwide since October 2020, Sri manages customer strategy and data initiatives to enhance customer-centric operations across eight business units. Prior roles include Associate Vice President of Customer Experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Sri established the Voice of the Customer program and improved customer experience metrics. Sri's earlier work includes positions at Dassault Systemes, where innovative approaches to product experience and technical support were developed. Sri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
