As President of Affinity Executive Search since June 1989, Kohn has consistently been a top producer, earning accolades including #1 in Top Echelon in 2021 and ranking as the #1 worldwide exporter in the NPA network in 2017. Kohn's prior roles include senior management positions at The Texwipe Company, Sales World, LeCroy Corporation, and Genlyte Group, demonstrating a diverse background in product management and applications engineering. Kohn holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Rutgers University and pursued an MBA focused on the Management of High Technology Organizations.
