Christoph Bien has a diverse work experience in the fitness and recruitment industry. Christoph is currently the Founder of fitnessjobs.global, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Mentor for HR & Recruitment at leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners starting in February 2021. In 2020, they founded their own company, Bien & Partners, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant. Christoph also worked as a Franchise Performance Manager at F45 Training from March 2020 to May 2020. Before that, they were a Partnership Manager at OneFit from November 2018 to December 2019. Christoph gained experience as a Regional Manager at EVO Fitness from November 2017 to November 2018. Christoph started their career at Academic Work in January 2017 as a Recruitment Account Manager and worked there until October 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Health Consultant & Personal Trainer at Aspria from April 2015 to January 2017, and as a Student Intern from April 2012 to March 2015.

Christoph Bien completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fitnessökonomie from the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Christoph has also obtained additional certifications, including Dale Carnegie Training's Business Selling Skills in July 2017 and the EFSET Quick English Check with an Advanced/Proficient score (CEFR C1/C2) from EF Education First.
