Jim Coleman has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Jim started their career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in 2002, where they held several positions, including Associate Director in Network Services and CTO Americas Program. In 2009, they became the Global IT Infrastructure Services Director in Global Operations. After leaving Novartis in 2012, Jim joined Axians USA as the Managing Director. Jim then served as Vice President, Strategic Accounts before returning to the role of Managing Director in 2020.

Jim Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Springfield College.
