Tushar Kapil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they worked as a Web Developer at RSG Technosoft, where they focused on web development using WordPress and coordinated with clients to meet their requirements. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Paralegal at A & L, Licker Law Firm, LLC, handling team management and preparing bankruptcy petitions. In 2018, Tushar worked as a Content Associate at foodpanda India, where they were responsible for presentation, quality check, Zendesk work, and assisting sellers with product uploads. In 2019, they briefly served as an Operations Team Lead at NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd. Tushar then joined Datopic in 2020 as a Software Engineer, before moving to Adeptia in 2021, where they currently hold the position of Senior Software Engineer.

Tushar Kapil pursued their education in the field of computer science and engineering. Tushar completed their Bachelor's in Computer Application from the Computer Science & Engineering Department at DCRUST Murthal in 2014. During this time, their field of study focused on mathematics and computer science. Later, they went on to pursue a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the same department at DCRUST Murthal. Tushar completed their MCA degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2017.
