Catalin Robert Manolache has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and IT support. Catalin Robert started their career in 2013 at Competence Call Center as a Help Desk Specialist with French, where they provided telephone and written support for Ryanair's airline clients. Catalin Robert then moved on to Stefanini in 2015 as an Information Technology Help Desk with French, where they handled incoming calls, troubleshooted hardware and software issues, and provided restorative actions for end-users. In 2017, they joined Societe Generale European Business Services as an IT Support Analyst with French, a role they held until 2021. During this time, they assisted with defining knowledge base articles and escalated problems when necessary. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as a Quality Assurance Engineer with French. Most recently, in 2022, they joined mindit.io in the same role.

Catalin Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Management in the field of Management, Tourism, and Trade.
