Thomas Spreter von Kreudenstein started their work experience in 2006 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of British Columbia. In 2010, they joined Zymeworks Inc. as a Scientist and served as a Project Lead for Protein and Antibody Engineering. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Scientist and Project Lead for Protein and Antibody Engineering. In 2014, they became a Senior Scientist and Group Lead for Therapeutics Research in Immuno-Oncology. Thomas then advanced to the role of Principal Scientist and Group Lead in 2016. In 2018, they were promoted to Associate Director of Protein Engineering, and as of July 2021, they hold the position of Director of Protein Engineering at Zymeworks Inc.
Thomas Spreter von Kreudenstein has an extensive education history. Thomas obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, and Crystallography at Freie Universität Berlin, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
