Kimberley DeVane has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Shared Services Representative at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberley worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Regal Rexnord for a brief period in 2023. Over a five-year tenure at Actalent, Kimberley held the position of HR Field Representative, focusing on employee contract care, compliance, payroll processing, and team member mentorship. Additionally, Kimberley served as the Assistant Director at the United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay from 2006 to 2018. Kimberley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, earned between 1998 and 2004.
