Jocelyn Winatri is a talent acquisition specialist currently employed at PT Paramount Enterprise International since August 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a recruitment specialist at Sociolla, a corporate recruitment specialist at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk., and a recruitment officer at PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika. Additionally, Jocelyn served as an associate tester at Atma Jaya, conducting psychological tests for candidates and scoring the results, and as an assistant lecturer, overseeing psychological testing processes and mentoring students. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, which was completed in 2020.
