Kellie Archibald has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Business Process for Retail at Zurich Insurance since February 2013. Previously, Kellie held various roles at Zurich, including Operations Manager and Financial Lines UK Operations Manager. Prior to Zurich, Kellie spent nearly nine years at RSA, advancing from an Underwriter to Senior Underwriter and eventually becoming an Underwriting Team Leader. Kellie's professional journey also includes a gap year dedicated to personal life goals, prior to which Kellie built a solid foundation in commercial underwriting, focusing on liability, contractors, and property packages.
