Ines Stiefbold has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Ines started their career at Porsche AG in 2006, working in sales, marketing, after sales, and concepts. Ines then joined Mercedes-Benz Schweiz AG in 2007, where they held multiple roles, including team leader in After Sales Marketing, service marketing and strategy, and later as the head of Service Operations/Customer Relations. In 2016, they moved to Clear Channel Schweiz AG, where they served as the head of Sales Development. Ines'sresponsibilities included budget management, sales planning and control, digitalization of processes, and implementing a CRM system. From 2020 until 2021, Ines worked at Lyreco Switzerland AG as the Bereichsleiterin Promo. Here, they focused on strengthening brands through relevant and individual promotional items, managing a team of up to 9 employees, and being responsible for P&L for the promotional items department. Finally, in 2022, they joined Zuora as an Account Executive DACH.
Ines Stiefbold completed their Executive MBA HSG in International Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen, between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Außenwirtschaft with a focus on "Marketing" and "Management" from Hochschule Reutlingen, ESB Business School, from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Online-Marketing - Grundlagen and Agiles Projektmanagement from LinkedIn, in November 2021 and October 2021 respectively.
