Roland Ho is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and presales support. As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler since September 2021, Roland has achieved exceptional results, notably overachieving targets by 164% and being recognized in the President's Club for FY22. Prior to this, Roland held various positions at M.Tech from December 2013 to September 2021, including Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed presales for multiple security solutions and overseeing post-sales implementations. Previous experience includes roles at NCS Pte Ltd, beginning in March 2010, providing technical assistance and support. Roland holds a degree in Business Information Systems with a focus on Cyber Forensics, Information Security, and Management from Murdoch University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Computing from the Management Development Institute of Singapore.
