Loes Dijker is the owner of Therapie en coaching Loes Dijker since January 2007, specializing in integrative therapy that addresses the whole person—body, mind, and soul. Additionally, Dijker has been a team coach at Zozijn since April 2005, focusing on coaching individual staff members and teams in the disability care sector, and training coordinators to create a "learning-rich working environment." From 2010 to 2013, Dijker served as a player and process facilitator for TheO Theateropstellingen, helping to reveal underlying dynamics. Prior experience includes managing after-school care as a sector manager at Kinderopvang Wageningen from 1987 to 2005, where new projects and developments were driven. Dijker holds a Master's degree in Contextual Help, an education in Integrative Multidimensional Psychology, a Directorship training for childcare centers, training in Play Guidance and Play Therapeutic assistance, and is currently pursuing an EFT externship.
