Kimberly Farley MHSc, RDH is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in education, clinical practice, and leadership within the healthcare sector. As the Founder of Oral Health & Wellness Learning since May 2018, Kimberly established a health educational liaison company focusing on the intersection of cannabis and oral health, promoting access to care for marginalized communities and expanding public knowledge on holistic healthcare approaches. In addition to this role, Kimberly is the Founder of ReLeaf Sessions and serves as a Dental Hygiene Professor and Clinical Specialist at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, where responsibilities include mentoring students, managing clinical protocols, and developing educational content. Kimberly is also a Registered Dental Hygienist with extensive experience in patient communication and oral examinations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Leadership in Healthcare from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of the District of Columbia, complemented by an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Onondaga Community College.
