Karen Pippel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently, Karen serves as Projectmedewerker P&O at Zorgcentra De Betuwe, engaging in organization-wide HR projects and translating external developments and regulations into policy implications. Prior to this, Karen held the position of HR-adviseur at Carante Groep, acting as the primary contact for collaborative partners regarding the implementation and optimization of E-HRM applications, and initiated multiple project groups in this area. From September 2000 to June 2013, Karen worked as an HR Business Partner at Stichting Zorgcentra De Betuwe, focusing on developing and implementing new HR policies.
