Gordon Waddell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and software development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Zonar Systems since January 2018, Gordon oversees TPM, software, hardware, and embedded development. Prior to this role, Gordon held multiple positions at Nuance Communications from August 2006 to January 2018, including Senior Vice President of Software Development and Director of Swype Platforms, where significant contributions were made to programs like T9 Nav. Gordon's tenure at Amazon.com from March 2000 to August 2006 involved leading technical teams in website development and customer service solutions. Earlier experience includes a range of roles at BT from July 1992 to January 2000, progressing from software developer to systems architect. Gordon holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science and Economics from the University of Stirling, earned in 1992.
