Jan Döring has worked in a variety of roles since 2014, beginning with a System Support Intern at ZEISS Microscopy. Jan then moved on to a Project Management Intern at Daimler AG before becoming a Commercial Operations/Process Management at Sartorius Stedim Biotech in 2016. In 2018, Jan Döring took on two roles, first as a Process Manager at Sartorius and then as a Digital Marketing Manager at TRENDOMEDIA Online Marketing Agentur. In 2019, Jan Döring became a Salesforce Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital, and in 2020 they were a Product Expert eBusiness Platforms at Sartorius. Currently, Jan Döring is a Senior Product Manager at instamotion.

Jan Döring completed their Abitur from Theodor-Heuss Gymnasium Göttingen in 2011. Jan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen from HAWK Göttingen, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they earned a Master of Arts - MA in Master of General Management - Vertiefung Business Development from Steinbeis Hochschule. In 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Administrator certification from Salesforce.
