Jeffrey Leavell is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as President of Construction and Operations Manager at Zoladz Construction Co., Inc. since July 2000, Jeffrey oversees all personnel administration, construction document preparation, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations, while managing significant projects for clients including the Department of Labor and FEMA. Prior roles include Operations Manager at PMR/Riefill Corporation, where Jeffrey led an innovative materials recycling project, and Operations Manager at BVR Construction, managing field activities for a $45 million deep rock tunnel system. Jeffrey's extensive background also includes work as a Driller for SJB Services, focusing on geotechnical and environmental drilling, and as a Senior Project Representative at Malcolm Pirnie, supervising multimillion-dollar civil engineering projects.
