Sean McGowan is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive at LendSure Mortgage Corp. since November 2023, Sean's career includes positions as Senior Loan Officer at Norcom Mortgage and Loan Officer at Semper Home Loans, among others. Sean has demonstrated leadership as a Sales Manager at Northpointe Bank and Branch Manager at Envoy Mortgage, where a commitment to exceptional service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement was emphasized. With a comprehensive knowledge of residential lending, including FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac programs, Sean is licensed to operate in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, as well as carrying a nationwide license from previous roles. Sean holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
