Joanna Antoniewicz is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Zizzi Restaurants since March 2017, after holding the position of Deputy Manager at Zizzi Restaurant Ltd since October 2011. Joanna has a strong background in managing high-volume restaurants, focusing on improving controllable costs to enhance financial performance while leading and developing teams to deliver excellent service. Previous experience includes the role of Assistant Manager at Zizzi Restaurants from August 2009 to October 2011. Joanna holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Higher School of Banking and Management Poznan.
