Jurgen Prambs currently serves as the Business Operations and Strategy Lead at ZipRecruiter, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Jurgen worked at Figure as a Business Operations and Strategy Analyst, where responsibility included high-level strategy research and P&L tracking. Experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Siebert Williams Shank involved managing significant transactions for municipal finance issuers and developing investor marketing strategies. As a Consultant at Mason Tillman Associates, Jurgen served as an assistant project manager on municipal projects. Further experience includes founding the Berkeley Leadership Network, directing finance and investments for the Associated Students of the University of California, and interning in business development at EvoShare. Jurgen holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
