Libby Dauphinais has a diversified work experience in various industries. Libby started their career in 2011 as a Marketing Intern and Street Team Coordinator at Victory Records, where they successfully executed marketing campaigns and managed a team of street team members. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Marketing and PR Intern at Equal Vision Records, where they handled press releases and maintained social media platforms. In 2014, they served as an Assistant Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Cricket Wireless, handling social media accounts and organizing events. Libby then worked as an Account Executive at iHeartMedia in 2015, where they built relationships with clients and created multiplatform marketing campaigns. Libby joined Verizon in 2016 as a Solutions Specialist and Key Holder, excelling in sales and customer relationships. In 2019, they worked at Silicon Valley Ambulance as an EMT-B and Dispatcher, providing patient care and coordinating ambulance services. Libby joined the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in 2020 as an Emergency Dispatcher, managing emergency calls and coordinating responses. Currently, Libby is working as a Central Operations Analyst at Citizen, analyzing dispatch radios and improving the app. Throughout their career, they have consistently shown a commitment to growth and making valuable contributions to their employers and clients.
Libby Dauphinais completed their EMT Certification Course at Silicon Valley Ambulance in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Full Sail University between 2010 and 2012. Libby Dauphinais attended Shenendehowa High School from 2005 to 2010 and received a Regents diploma. In terms of additional certifications, Libby Dauphinais obtained various certifications such as Hazmat First Responder Operations Training from Safety Unlimited, Inc. in February 2020, AWR160- WMD/Terrorism Awareness for Emergency Responders from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service in December 2019, IS100 - An Introduction to the National Incident Management System from FEMA in December 2019, IS100- An Introduction to Incident Command Systems from FEMA in December 2019, and CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in October 2019. Libby also holds an EMT certification from the County of Santa Clara, the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and the State of California, which they obtained in March and November 2019, respectively.
