NTAKIRUTIMANA Frank has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Isano production company ltd until January 2012. From 2012 to July 2015, they served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Rz Manna Ltd. In August 2015, they joined Rwanda Energy Group as a Recovery Officer, a position they held until August 2018. From July 2018 to January 2022, they worked at the Ministry of Youth | Rwanda as the Youth Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Talent Development Specialist. In January 2022, they became the Administrator of Savics East Africa (EA) & Partnership Manager, and in October 2022, they were promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer/ Savics East Africa (EA) at Savics. NTAKIRUTIMANA Frank's most recent employment is as a Client Success Manager at Zipline, starting in May 2023.
NTAKIRUTIMANA Frank has a diverse education history. NTAKIRUTIMANA obtained their Masters degree in Business Administration from Kigali Independent University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship Education at the University of Rwanda, attending from 2011 to 2014. In their earlier years, Frank obtained a High School Certificate in Accountancy from College Inyemeramihigo, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.

NTAKIRUTIMANA also completed courses like "Social Entrepreneurship" at the ITC SME Trade Academy in August 2020, "E-Commerce for B2B Business" at the ITC SME Trade Academy in July 2020, and "Gender and Environment Courses" at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in January 2020.
