Hayley O'Brien is a seasoned professional in user research and customer insights with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of User Research & Customer Insights at Zipcar, Hayley has established a robust UX research team and optimized feedback collection processes, significantly enhancing customer engagement. Prior to Zipcar, Hayley held positions at Bose Corporation, where responsibilities included managing UX research for headphones and mobile apps, and conducting over 30 studies annually. At the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Hayley contributed to mental health research, translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to benefit veterans. Hayley holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stonehill College.
