Julian Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer goods and retail sales. Currently, Julian serves as the Director of the Shopper Science Lab at Haleon, where responsibilities include shaping the facility's long-term strategic vision and enhancing collaboration with key US customers. As Principal Consultant at TanBrands, Julian co-founded a consultancy focused on innovation and launch strategies for healthcare products. Previous experience includes leading sales and marketing initiatives at R3SET, Bayer, and other well-known companies, where Julian managed sales teams, customer relationships, and multimillion-dollar budgets across diverse markets. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed the Management Excellence Program at Georgetown University.
