Kris Devereaux currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Academics and Chief Academic Officer at Zionsville Community Schools, a position held since June 2007, after previously fulfilling roles such as Director of Academics, Principal, and Assistant Principal within the same district. Before joining Zionsville, Kris Devereaux worked as a Middle School Language Arts Teacher at Westfield Washington Schools from June 2004 to June 2007 and held the same teaching position at the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township from June 1995 to June 2004. Additionally, Kris Devereaux contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Butler University from January 2001 to August 2004 and served as Director of Education at Clowes Memorial Hall Of Butler from June 1998 to June 2000. Kris Devereaux holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on K-12 Curriculum from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington.
