Andrea Sikorski is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, marketing, and program management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Marketing at Phenix Software since February 2020, Andrea also holds the position of Head of Operations at Zinata Inc., where roles have included overseeing marketing strategies and driving transformational change in the manufacturing sector. Previous roles include Program Leader at BC Cancer Agency, where management of multi-organizational projects focused on enhancing patient experiences, and as Program Coordinator at the Canadian Cancer Society, leading outreach initiatives. Andrea's early career involved supporting individuals affected by dementia and developing programs for seniors at various organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Acadia University.
