Nyashadzashe Chipfupa serves as a Clerk of Works at Zimplats since April 2021 and previously held the position of Project Manager for SADO. Prior experience includes serving as a Construction Project Manager at Glorious Real Estate Zimbabwe from February 2019 to October 2021, and as a Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee at Homelux Property Development from July 2018 to February 2019. Nyashadzashe Chipfupa began a career in construction management with an internship as a Construction Project Manager at FBC Building Society from June 2016 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Midlands State University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in WASH from the Institute Of Water And Sanitation Development, a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management from Great Zimbabwe University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Project Management Zimbabwe, a Master of Science in Engineering Project Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology, and a degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology.
