Myszka Oduro Afrim is a Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer (CMRP) at Asante Gold, having joined the company in July 2022. Previously, Myszka served as a Maintenance Planner (CMRP) at Asanko Gold from October 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included setting up a fully functional CMMS (Delta ERP), planning material acquisitions, and managing maintenance schedules. Prior experience includes a role as a Maintenance Planner at Sasy Engineering (Mensin Gold) from October 2013 to October 2015, focusing on safety performance, maintenance planning for mobile fleet operations, and KPI evaluation. Myszka holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Coast and Kumasi Technical University.
