Rebecca van Egmond is an HR Adviseur at Ziekenhuis Rivierenland, having progressed in this role since August 2020 and currently serving from June 2024. In this capacity, Rebecca provides advice and support to management and medical specialists on operational and tactical policy development and implementation, while also leading improvement projects. Previous experiences include a Graduate Student Researcher role at Radboudumc, investigating leadership in oncology, and a Recruiter position at SUSA flexibel studentenwerk, where Rebecca supported the recruitment process. Educational qualifications include a Master's from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
