Meghan Olt holds a Master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Georgia. As a DRC Outreach Graduate Assistant at the University of Georgia since August 2023, Meghan engages in outreach and support activities. Meghan has served as a ZGiRLS Mentor since 2015, focusing on empowering young female athletes through confidence-building and discussions on body image. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant, Mental Performance Consultant, and Director of a Leadership Program at Tabor Academy. Meghan's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with concentrations in Child Development and Sport Psychology from Connecticut College, as well as extensive teaching and supervisory experience in educational settings. As a former student-athlete and recognized leader, Meghan combines practical experience with academic expertise in promoting mental health and performance in athletic contexts.
