Cerissa DeOcampo is the Director of Business Operations and Innovation at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri, a position held since March 2021. With extensive experience in health information technology, Cerissa previously served as an Implementation Consultant at Tyler Technologies, and as the Business Operations and Systems Manager at Planned Parenthood of Illinois, where contributions included developing SMS appointment reminders and transitioning documentation to electronic medical records.
