Scott M. Lamphere, CPC has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, starting with their role as owner, author, consultant, and culinary professional at Small Town Kitchen Table in 1997. During this time, they established a catering and culinary education business, authored a cookbook titled "Small Town Kitchen Table," and catered for various events with a specialization in designing customized menus and providing unique decor.
In 2002, Lamphere transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, taking on the role of National Sales Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Scott M. held this position for five years before moving on to become the President/CEO at Legacy HealthSource LLC in 2007. In this role, they managed all aspects of business operations and provided professional recruiting services for healthcare executives and corporate clients.
From 2009 to 2013, Lamphere served as the Market Vice President at Angelica Corporation, where they provided executive leadership for healthcare textile and linen services. Scott M. then joined THRIVE Farmers in 2013 as the VP of Business Development, Sales, and Culinary Development, where they led all aspects of the Business Development and Sales team.
In 2016, Lamphere joined Gordon Food Service as a Culinary Specialist/Chef, bringing their expertise to support sales through consults, product training, menu development, and events. At Zero Egg in 2021, they worked as a Corporate Chef, and in 2023, they will be starting a new role as a Strategic Guide at Path & Post.
Throughout their career, Lamphere has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, develop strategic partnerships, and leverage their culinary expertise to drive business growth.
Scott M. Lamphere, CPC, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies and Psychology from Angelo State University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. Scott M. further pursued their education at Texas Tech University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a PhD and a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Business/Organizational Psychology. Additionally, Scott has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1990, they became a certified Professional Counselor by the Board of Education, State of Texas. Later, in 2007, they obtained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification from both NAPS Careers and the National Association of Personnel Services.
