Daniel has held various positions in the food industry, including roles as Sr. Food Scientist at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, Food Technologist at Perdue Farms, Sr. Food Technologist at Southeastern Mills, and Research & Development Chef at Checkers and Rally's Restaurants. Currently, Daniel is the Culinary Development Manager at Darifair Foods LLC, where Daniel focuses on culinary development, research, product development, and application work for national food service and industrial partners producing both dairy and non-dairy products.
