Berit Weymers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2003, they started their career at Camp Calumet as an Assistant Program Director, where they planned and implemented activities for Family Camp participants. Berit then became a Senior Counselor, responsible for planning and supervising daily activities for campers based on the summer curriculum.
