Maxim began their career as a Market Research Intern at elobau sensor technology Inc., where they increased visibility for clients by implementing business intelligence tools and dashboards. Maxim then went on to Inveniam Automation, where they designed process improvements and digital integrations for home healthcare workers to comply with government regulations.

Most recently, Maxim has been working at William Frick & Company as a Solutions Engineer. In this role, they have increased the department’s annual recurring revenue by 50% by coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and crafting robust, tailored technical solutions. Maxim has also increased visibility for clients by implementing business intelligence tools, dashboards, and automation to streamline processes and empower customers with clean data for actionable insights.
