Rachel Doss, CPM, currently serves as the Human Success Manager at Zensai since August 2022. Previously, Rachel held various significant positions at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from November 2014 to July 2022, including Systems Programming Administrator, LMS Administrator, Distributed Computer Systems Analyst, and Distributed Computer Systems Specialist, focusing on IT help desk management, Learning Management System oversight, and technical support for over 4,000 employees. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant III at the Correctional Medical Authority and as an Office Automation Specialist at the Florida Department of Agriculture. Rachel also has military experience as a Supply Warehouse Clerk in the United States Marine Corps, contributing to Operations Iraqi Freedom. Educationally, Rachel obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee State College.
