Kristy McGrory has extensive experience in recruitment and marketing within the care sector, currently serving as the Recruitment Marketing Manager at The Good Care Group since May 2017, having previously held positions as Recruitment Marketing Assistant and In-House Recruiter. Prior to this, Kristy worked at Christies Care Ltd from February 2007 to May 2017, progressing through roles including Recruitment Manager, where the focus was on effective management of the Recruitment Department, Deputy Recruitment Manager, and Recruitment Co-Ordinator, responsible for processing applications and conducting interviews. Kristy completed education at Leiston High School from 2001 to 2006.
