Olivia Dattner has worked in the laboratory field since 2011. Olivia began their career as a Clinical Laboratory Technician at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL). In 2014, they moved on to Rosetta Genomics as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor. In 2018, they became a Lab Associate at BioLabs, and most recently in 2020, they were hired as a QA Specialist at ZenQMS.

Olivia Dattner began their educational journey in 2006 when they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Genetics from Rutgers University in 2010. Olivia then pursued a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2017, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration in 2018. In September 2018, they obtained a certification in Molecular Biology from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor in Business Administration at Trident University International, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
