Paul Boxley is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles, primarily at Zendesk from August 2013 to the present, where Paul advanced to the position of Senior Staff Engineer and Group Tech Lead. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at ASMALLWORLD, focusing on high-volume social networking sites, and a Systems Analyst/Developer position at the Forestry Commission, maintaining legacy systems and developing new features across multiple programming languages. Earlier in the career, Paul gained experience as a Systems Developer at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., working on large-scale projects with IBM Mainframes. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Teesside University.
