Melissa Raymond is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data and analytics, pricing strategy, and inventory management. Currently serving as VP of Data & Analytics at Zendesk since July 2016, Melissa previously held key leadership roles at Gap Inc., where transformative shipping strategies yielded significant annual revenue increases. As Head of Customer Shipping Strategy, initiatives included a new offer structure that enhanced shipping speed and generated additional revenue opportunities. Prior roles include positions at Old Navy, Banana Republic, Safeway, and The Boston Consulting Group, where successful team building, strategic planning, and implementation of advanced analytics have consistently driven improved financial performance. Melissa holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
